国产LED贴片机的设计与研究

摘要 本项目采用模块化设计,在LED贴片机的研制过程中,坚持系统集成的研发理念,将贴片机的整体技术难点,从学科上划分为机械、控制、视觉、软件四个部分;从功能上将贴片机分成18个功能模块,如贴装头、X-Y运动副、送料器、吸嘴等。学科的划分,有利于明确技术人员的专业分工,功能模块的划分,则有利于对整机优化和设计改进,形成自己的核心技术。 The project uses a modular design, the development process of LED mounter, adheres to the development idea of system integration. The overall technical difficulties of placement machine, divides the discipline into four parts of mechanical, control, vision, software; divides into 18 functional modules from the function, such as the mounting head, X-Y motion pair, feeder, nozzle etc.. The division of disciplines is infavour to cleat the professional division of technical persons, the division of functional modules is conducive to the improvement of the overall optimization and design, forms their own core technology.
