摘要 随着长庆油田数字化建设的不断推进,油井工况诊断及功图计产系统已在950个站点安装应用,管理油井3万余口。面对系统采集及处理大量的油井基础及生产实时数据,长庆油田油气院利用数据挖掘技术,对数据进一步清理、集成、转换、挖掘应用,深化系统数据分析,先后开展了动液面计算,系统效率在线实时监测、区块动态分析等研究,并将成果应用于油田现场,取得了较好的效果,既节约了生产成本,又方便了现场管理应用,进一步提升该系统在长庆油田数字化前端的核心地位。 With the continuous development of the construction of Changqing oilfield digitalization, the system of pumping oil well fault diagnosis and fluid production measurement with dynamometer diagram has been installed in 950 stations, applied in more than 30000 oil wells. Oil the basis of the system acquisition and processing a lot of well data and real-time data, Oil & Gas Technology Research Institute of Changqing Oilfield uses these data whi.ch has been cleaned, integrated and transformed by the data mining techniques. For further study the system data mining, the researches on calculation of dynamic level in the oil well with dynamometer diagram, real time measurement of the efficiency of the pumping system and dynamic analysis research of the wells have been carried out. These researches are applied in the oilfield, not only save the cost but also enhance the management level. At the same time, the system enhances the central position in the digitalized front of Changqing oilfield.
