摘要
基于多领域统一建模仿真分析平台MWorks,建立了QAY220型全路面起重机包括驾驶室、轮胎、路面仿真模型,应用该模型进行了起重机脉冲路面激励平顺性仿真。最后基于仿真模型以对起重机平顺性影响最大的驾驶室质心加速度为优化目标进行了多学科综合优化,优化后加速度均方根值减少47.71%,即平顺性提高47.71%。
Based on the multi-field unified modeling simulation analysis platform MWorks,the simulation model is built for QAY220 all terrain crane including the cab,tire,and roadway,which is used to simulate the crane pulse road excitation smoothness. Based on the simulation model,the multi-disciplinary comprehensive optimization is performed with the center of mass acceleration in the cab as the optimal objective which has the maximum effect on the crane smoothness.After optimization,the acceleration root-mean-square value reduces by 47. 71%,which means the smoothness increases by47. 71%.
