摘要
起升机构采用2个盘式制动器时,存在2个制动器采用2个独立制动盘和共用1个制动盘的不同配置。通过对某台采用双制动器的280 t通用桥式起重机的主起升机构进行计算分析,分别计算配置1个制动盘或2个制动盘的情况下,在不同工况下对制动效果及传动系统受力的影响,发现两种方式各有利弊。依据计算分析结果,提示设计选择制动器布置方式时的注意事项。
When the hoisting mechanism adopts 2 disc brakes,the brakes can be configured as either 2 independent brake discs or sharing one brake disc. Through calculation analysis for the main hoisting mechanism of the 280 t generalpurpose overhead crane with double-brake,in both cases of either one brake disc or 2 brake discs,the impact of different working conditions on braking effect and the stress to transmission system are calculated respectively,which shows advantages and disadvantages in both cases. According to the analysis result,the paper puts forward some matters requiring attention during design and selection of the brake configuration form.
