天然气代替丙烷作为气割燃气的可行性分析 被引量:1

摘要 数控火焰切割设备燃气消耗成本较大,而天然气价格低于丙烷,所以用其代替丙烷作为切割燃气可以降低购气成本。通过试验,分别以天然气和丙烷作为切割燃气,比较了其切割面质量、切割效率以及消耗气体成本情况。结果表明,天然气切割面光滑,无明显缺陷,切割质量满足产品要求,天然气代替丙烷使切割效率降低5.4%,但节约燃气成本45%,所以天然气代替丙烷作为数控火焰切割燃气是可行的。 CNC flame cutting equipment requires obvious propane costs, which will be saved if it is substituted with nat- ural gas as cutting gas for the price of natural gas is lower than propane. In the paper, cutting experiments with propane and natural gas were performed separately following with comparing in cutting quality, efficiency and gas costs between propane and natural gas. The results showed that the natural gas cutting surface is smooth without obvious defects, and the cutting quality meets the production requirements. After substituting propane with natural gas, the cutting efficiency reduces by 5.4 % while saving the gas costs by 45%. Above all, natural gas substitute for propane as cutting gas in CNC flame cutting is feasible.
