摘要
介绍了一种深度回收烟气中冷凝水潜热的冷凝器,通过冷凝器把烟气中水蒸汽冷凝并吸收释放出的潜热从而将管内冷水加热,水温可在30-95℃调节,通过给水泵把被加热的水输送到锅炉或供暖系统中加以利用。安装深度回收烟气冷凝水潜热的燃气锅炉比普通燃气锅炉热效率高10%左右,锅炉效率可接近100%,通过提高企业能源的利用率来解决当前能源供需和环境污染的矛盾是一条有效的途径。
The paper introduced a kind of condenser which can fully recover the latent heat of steam in the exhausted gas, and absorbed latent heat of steam is used to heat the cold water in pipe, the water temperature can be adjusted in range of 30~ 95 ℃ and the heated water can be pumped into the boiler or heating system through pipes. The thermal efficiency of a gas boiler with the latent heat recovery installation is about 10% higher than that of the ordinary gas boiler, close to the efficiency of 100%. Improvement of the utilization rate of energy in enterprises will be greatly benefit to solve the contradiction of energy supply and environmental pollution.
