Pursuing elaborate residence is an inevitable developing trend for residential development and design. As a domestic residential development enterprise, Vanke owns a set of mature and sophisticated residential industry chain including preliminary planning, residential design, final decoration and accessories manufacturing, and achieved an integrated development strategy of elaborate residence. Focused on the operating strategy and design of the house layout of Vanke, based on case analysis and combined with the corresponding design considerations for elaboration, this paper aims to provide reference to the real estate enterprises and residence designers.
