摘要
我国既有房屋逐渐老化,各种房屋安全问题时有发生。为此,宁波市江东区建立房屋安全动态监测项目,委托专业机构对房屋进行动态监测,并自主开发房屋安全动态监测管理信息系统,有效管理动态监测项目。
the existing buildings in China have been gradually ageing, resulting in occasionally happened building safety issues. Therefore, a building safety dynamic monitoring project was built in Jiangdong District of Ningbo City to monitor the buildings by entrusting professional institute. Besides, building safety dynamic monitoring and management information systems was independently developed to effectively manage the dynamic monitoring projects.
