摘要 目的:研究舰船环境参数对呼吸机性能检测的影响,为开展舰载呼吸机现场质量检测提供依据。方法:采用现场运行试验方法,分别在高温、湿热、颠振和电磁干扰环境条件下,对呼吸机通气参数进行检测,将检测结果与实验室环境下的检测数据对比,对照分析气候条件、机械条件和电磁干扰对呼吸机质量检测的影响规律。结果:高温和湿热条件下,潮气量和吸入氧的体积分数的测量值偏高,潮气量的最大输出误差超出允许值;颠振对吸气压力水平和呼气末正压的测量值有一定影响;电磁干扰对检测结果无明显影响。结论:舰船环境对呼吸机部分性能有一定影响,必须加强舰载呼吸机现场检测技术的研究。 Objective To enhance the quality control of shipborne ventilator and analyze the influence of shipborne environmental on ventilator performance testing. Methods Under high temperature, damp heat, bumping and electromagnetic interference environment conditions, using the field test method, the ventilation parameters was detected.Comparing the test results between laboratory environment and ship environment, the influence of climatic conditions,mechanical and electromagnetic interference on the ventilator quality detection were studied. Results Under high temperature and humid conditions, measurements of the tidal volume and Fi O2 were increased slightly, and the maximum output error of the tidal volume was beyond the allowed value; vibration had certain influence on the measurement on inspiratory pressure level and PEEP; electromagnetic interference had no obvious influence on the test results. Conclusion Ship enviroment has a certain effect on part performance of the ventilator, and field testing technique of shipborne ventilator must be strengthened.
