风险管理在医学影像检查中的临床应用

Application of risk management in medical imaging examination

目的:探讨风险管理在医学影像检查过程中的临床应用。方法:将2013年4月至2014年2月在医学影像科进行CT检查的240例患者随机分为观察组(实施风险管理)和对照组(未实施风险管理)。比较2组患者纠纷投诉例数、不良事件例数及满意度。结果:观察组纠纷投诉和不良事件例数均明显少于对照组;观察组的患者满意度达93.3%,对照组为74.2%。结论:医学影像检查过程中实施风险管理能有效降低纠纷投诉和不良事件发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical application of risk management in medical imaging examination. Methods Totally 240 patients from April 2013 to February 2014 undergoing CT examination were randomly divided into an observation group with risk management and a control group without risk management. The two groups were compared for complaints, adverse events and satisfaction. Results There were less complaints and adverse events in the observation group than in the control group. The observation group had the satisfaction of 93.3%, while the control group had the one of 74.2%. Conclusion The risk management in medical imaging examination may provide a reduction of patients＇ complaints and adverse events, while an improvement of patients＇ satisfaction.
