Wnt信号通路调控骨髓间充质干细胞分化在肺部疾病治疗中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞是来源于骨髓的成体干细胞,与造血干细胞不同,它具有自我更新和多向分化潜能,被广泛应用于肺损伤的治疗中。Wnt信号通路可以调控骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)的增殖再生、分化、迁移等生物功能,与组织损伤后的重塑、损伤终止和组织修复或破坏密切相关。通过研究Wnt信号通路调控MSCs向不同表型及功能的成体细胞的分化过程及机理,为治疗肺损伤提供新思路和新方向。
