摘要
测量不确定度作为与检测结果相联系的参数,作为衡量检测水平高低的统一尺度,已越来越受到世界各国的检测领域的重视。本文以美国瓦里安公司的220Z原子吸收分光光度计做为分析仪器,对土壤中的镍含量进行了测定,并对分析结果进行了不确定度的评定,明确了样品浓度测定过程是主要的不确定来源,在测试过程中需要改进。
Parameter associated measurement uncertainty as the detection results and a unified measure of detection level,was concerned and focused on by the field of detection in the world. Using USA Varian Corporation 220 Z atomic absorption spectrophotometer,the nickel content in soil was determined and the sample concentration determination process was the main source of uncertainty which should be improved during the process.
