摘要
聚甲醛生产过程中的副产物甲酸导致分离输送设备及管道出现明显的腐蚀。通过分析研究工艺流程,总结装置检修的经验等明确出聚甲醛装置设备易发生腐蚀的原因是甲酸含量过高、设备材质等级不足及工艺流程不合理等问题。通过调整三聚甲醛合成催化剂硫酸含量、改变三聚甲醛反应釜进料方式及提高部分关键设备的材质等级等措施,基本解除了设备的腐蚀情况。
By- product of POM production process accelerated the equipment corrosion, the reason of high concentration of formic acid,low material quality,unreasonable process which lead the equipment corrosion was found out by analysis TOX synthesis and purification process and sum up experience of Plant Overhaul. Corrosion was worked out by decreasing sulfuric acid,adjusting formaldehyde feeding pipeline,increasing the material quality.
