基于职业能力开发的环境专业实训教学体系构建

Construction of Training Teaching System of Environmental Major Based on the Development of Occupation Ability

培养基础扎实、知识面宽,同时具有创新意识和实践能力的应用型专门人才是地方本科院校的培养目标。本文以嘉应学院化学与环境学院环境专业的实训体系建设为例,在对学生的就业情况进行分析的基础上,针对实训教学体系构建的主要内容,包括实训教学内容的设计、校内外实训基地的建设、实训效果评价体系的构建等方面进行了探讨,以期培养基础宽厚、工程素质能力强的应用复合型人才,满足日益发展的环保产业人才需求。

The cultivation goals of local undergraduate colleges were developing students who had solid professional foundation,a wide range of knowledge,special applied talents with innovative consciousness and practice ability. Taking the construction of training system of Chemistry and Environment College of Jiaying University as an example,on the base of analyzing the employment situation for students,the important aspects of training system construction including practice and design of teaching contents,the construction of practical training base inside and outside the college,and training effect evaluation system construction were discussed.
