摘要
当前我国专业学位硕士研究生教育正处于探索阶段,培养质量参差不齐。从目前全日制专业学位硕士研究生的课程培养现状来看,主要存在重视理论知识传授,忽视实践能力培养,研究生学习缺乏动力,参与度不足等问题。本文以作者讲授的《高分子材料及加工新技术》课程为例,有针对性的提出对教学内容、教学方法和教师队伍建设的改革思路,以提升全日制工程硕士理论联系实践的能力。
In present day,engineering master education was in the exploration stage in our country. Despite growing enrollment,but the cultivation quality is uneven. From the current situation,common problems paying attention to theory teaching,ignoring practical ability cultivation,lacking of motivation and participation,et al. were discussed. The construction and reformation of education contents,teaching strategies and teaching staff,et al. in the teaching process of full- time engineering masters' course were explored with Polymer Materials and New Processing Technology as an example. It was essential that the capability of combining theory with practice could be improved through our teaching process for the full- time engineering postgraduate.
