摘要
通过对信号轮盖加工工艺的分析,提出了合理的成形工艺,详细介绍了模具的结构、工作过程以及设计难点。模具已经投入生产,运行平稳,结构可靠,生产的信号轮盖质量优良。
A forming process for a signal wheel cover was put forward based on analysis of the processing technique. The die structure, working process and design points were pre sented in details.
