It introduced the significance of self management study.It introduced the self management of patients with bronchiectasis from 3aspects of the research status quo of self management of patients with bronchiectasis,bronchiectasis experts patients program and its self management form.It put forward that the factors that influenced the effect of self-management education mainly include self-efficacy,symptoms control degree,social support,the life style of the patients and the course of disease.
