摘要
目的通过跟踪患者的临床实验室指标,探讨开展甲状腺疾病的药学监护方法。方法临床药师对1例甲亢合并粒细胞减少的患者在根据病情调整用药、药物不良反应观察、患者用药指导等方面进行药学监护,并对治疗用药进行分析讨论。结果临床药师提出了合理化用药建议,降低了不良反应对患者的影响,提高了治疗效果。结论直接对门诊咨询患者进行药学监护,是临床药师有效的工作方式。
Objective To find proper pharmaceutical care way for patients with thyroid disease by tracking clinical laboratory results. Methods Clinical pharmacists adjusted the medication according to adverse drug reaction monitoring,medication education for the patient with hyperthyroidism and neutropenia,and evaluated the medication profile. Results A proper medication advice was proposed,adverse drug reaction was reduced,and therapeutic effect was improved. Conclusion Carrying out pharmaceutical care for outpatients is the most efficient way of working.
