摘要
探索性地利用GC-MS技术检测豫西渑池地区寒武纪馒头组叠层石中分子化石的组成,并探讨其来源及分布特征。研究结果表明:叠层石各样品中主要的分子化石有正构烷烃、类异戊二烯烃和部分萜类化合物和甾类化合物等。依据主碳峰、碳优势指数、Pr/Ph值以及支链烷烃等分子化石参数,叠层石中沉积有机质的重要输入源主要指示为蓝藻类和细菌,低Pr/Ph值(<0.61)指示当时沉积环境可能为较强的还原环境。这些研究结果为深入研究豫西渑池地区寒武纪叠层石的微生物组成及其分子化石特征提供了帮助。
The composition of molecular fossils in stromatolites of the Mantou formation of Cambrian in western Henan Province, has been detected by GC-MS and their origin and distribution have been discussed. The re- sults show that the main molecular fossils contain n-alkanes, isoprenoid alkanes, some terpenoids, and steranes. The main sources of bio-input of stromatolites are bacteria and algae on the basis of compositional characteristics of Cmax, CPI, Pr/Ph, and branched alkanes. The lower values of Pr/Ph ( 〈0.61 in these samples) show that the stromatolites were formed in relatively strong reducing environments. The results are useful for the study of microbial compositions and molecular fossil characteristics in stromatolites of Cambrian in western Henan Province.
