摘要
结合赤壁市陆水二桥拆除重建工程,介绍了工程主要技术标准,以及施工方案,从支架的充分利用、工期、造价等因素对主桥的挂篮施工方案和满堂支架施工方案进行了比较,并通过有限元软件对该桥进行受力计算,分析预应力钢束的布置对箱梁结构受力的影响。结果表明,满堂支架法施工方案能缩短建设工期,充分利用既有设施,在一定条件前提下有其优势。
The main technical standards of engineering and construction project combined with the project of Lushui Second Bridge's demolition and reconstruction in Chibi are introduced in this paper and the construction method of cast-in-place cantilever is compared with that of full support,considering various factors of the full use of support construction period,cost and the construction scheme of the main bridge.The influence of prestressed steel arrangement on the box girder structure stress is analyzed through the finite element analysis software.The results show that full support method can not only shorten the construction period but also make full use of construction facilities.Under certain conditions,the full support method has its unique advantages.
