摘要
从构皮滩枢纽运量预测及通过能力,分析构皮滩水电站翻坝运输系统建设的必要性和急迫性。翻坝公路作为整个运输系统的一部分,主要分析翻坝公路的功能定位,并从多方面对技术标准进行论证,得出翻坝公路与构皮滩翻坝运输系统具有良好的适应性。
The necessity and urgency of Fanba System construction is analyzed from transport volume forecast and through capacity.As a part of Fanba Transit System,the functional orientation is mainly analyzed and the technical standards of Fanba Road are demonstrated in the paper,and good adaptability between Fanba Road and Fanba Transit System is proved in Goupitan.
