Application of Value Engineering in Construction Project Management

工程项目涉及资金多,过程复杂,其项目管理方法和水平直接影响企业的经济效益。本文运用价值工程理论,提出了施工项目价值提升的基本途径,根据项目管理过程中的实际情况,结合价值工程理论分析了施工项目管理应把握的关键点及相关分析方法,结合案例阐明了价值工程在项目管理过程中的可操作性及合理性。

This involved funding of project is more, its process is complicated, and its project management methods and level directly affect the economic efficiency of enterprises. In this paper, the Value Engineering theory is used, the basic way to enhance the value of construction project is proposed, according to the actual situation of project management process, the key points for the construction project management and the related analysis methods are analyzed with the Value Engineering theory, and the operability and rationality of Value Engineering in the project management process is illustrated with the cases.
