浅谈建筑工程管理中存在的问题及解决建议

Discussion on the Problems and Solving Suggestions in the Construction Project Management

建筑工程管理是一项非常复杂而重要的任务,它直接关系到建筑工程质量的好坏以及建筑工人的生命安全。随着建筑技术的发展以及对工程质量的要求不断提高,人们对建筑工程管理的理念也提出了更高的要求。然而,目前我国建筑工程管理仍存在较多问题,如建筑工人受教育程度低,缺乏专业技能培训,工程与管理复合型人才缺乏等。本文分析了我国建筑工程的现状,通过统计分析方法探讨深层原因,并对促进我国建筑工程管理的发展及创新提出了若干建议。

Construction project management is a very complex and important task, which directly affects the quality of the construction and the safety of construction workers. With the development of building technology, as well as the continuous improvement of the quality requirements, people put forward higher demands on the concepts of construction project management. Currently, however, there are still many issues in construction project management in China, such as construction workers always have low level of education and less professional skills training, lack of compound talents who are good at engineering and management. This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction project management, finds the underlying causes by the method of statistical analysis, and finally proposes a series of suggestions on the development and innovation of construction project management.
