摘要
本文通过分析指出报价浮动率的实质是为了防范承包人进行不平衡报价,并对运用中若干问题进行了探讨。
Through the analysis, this paper points out that the stance of bidding floating rate prevents the unbalanced bidding by contractors and discusses a number of problems in the using.
