摘要
强军是中国大国战略的必然选择,是实现民族复兴的重要基础,国家加大国防投入将是长期过程。随着军事工业的迅猛发展,军工产品技术的更换、更替加速等原因,我国军工产品的售后服务工作存在着诸多的问题,已很难适应现代化军事管理的需要,本文阐述了军工企业产品售后技术服务的重要意义,针对现阶段我国军工企业产品售后技术服务工作存在的缺陷,提出了相应的解决策略,以提升军工企业的核心竞争力。
The strong army is the inevitable choice of China's big power strategy and the important foundation of realizing national rejuvenation. It is a long-term process of China to increase the defense spending. With the rapid development of military industry, because of the technical change and quickening change of the military products, the after-sales service work of military products in China has many problems and it is difficult to meet the needs of the modernization of military management. This paper expounds the significance of product after-sale technical service of military enterprises. Aimed at the existing shortages of the product after-sale technical service work of China's military enterprises in present stage, it puts forward the related solving strategies to improve the core competitiveness of military enterprises.
