本文从"分类别、分层次、理论加实践、主修加选修"出发,研究在企业推进精益生产中通过理论学习、理论考核、实战应用、实战考核、成果发表与交流等一系列项目的开展,构建精益生产人才培养及实战模式。
From the angle of "sub categories, sub level, theory and practice, major plus optional", through a series of projects of theoretical study, theoretical examination, combat application, combat assessment, results published and exchange, this paper studies the construction of lean production talent training and combat mode.
