房地产公司的绩效管理是房地产内部管理优化的关键,如何制定科学的绩效管理办法成为地产公司发展的要点,本文以金地房地产公司作为标杆进行研究,制定了适应公司发展的绩效管理建议。
The performance management of real estate company is the key of internal optimization and management of real estate, how to make scientific performance management methods becomes the key point of the development of real estate company, taking Jindi Real Estate Company as a benchmark of the research, this paper developed performance management recommendations to adapt the company＇s development.
