摘要
事业单位的薪酬制度普遍存在着论资排辈、"吃大锅饭"、平均主义等不良现象。地勘单位作为事业单位,加强薪酬制度建设,推行岗位绩效工资制,吸引更多优秀人才,以适应市场竞争的客观要求,是当前地勘单位亟待落实的一项任务。
There are undesirable phenomena of seniority pay system, "iron rice bowl" and egalitarianism. As the public institution,geological prospecting units should strengthen the construction of salary system, implement post performance salary system and attract more talents, in order to meet the objective requirements of market competition, which is a task needs to be implemented of geological prospecting units.
