建设"智慧和平"公共服务平台,是天津市和平区加强信息基础设施建设、推动新一代信息技术广泛应用、加快工业化和信息化深度融合的重大举措。本文具体阐述了"智慧和平"公共服务平台建设构想的具体措施和一些原则。
The construction of ＂the wisdom of peace＂ public service platform, Heping District, Tianjin city is strengthening the construction of information infrastructure, promoting the wide application, a new generation of information technology to speed up the major move of industrialization and information fusion depth. This paper expounds specific measures of conception of public service platform construction of the ＂wisdom of peace＂ and some principles.
