摘要
目的研究TLR2/3/9 mRNA表达与成人病毒性社区获得性肺炎(community-acquired pneumonia,CAP)的关系。方法以成人病毒性CAP患者外周血为实验样本,采用RT-PCR法检测TLR2/3/9mRNA的表达,以ELISA法检测IL-6、INF-γ含量变化情况,并对实验结果进行相关性分析。结果TLR2/3/9、IFN-γ、IL-6在病毒性CAP组中表达显著增高,表达水平明显高于细菌性CAP组和健康成人组(P<0.001),TLR2/3/9与IL-6、INF-γ的表达强度呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 TLR2/3/9参与调节成人社区获得性病毒性肺炎引起的免疫应答。
Objective To observe the relationship between toll-like receptor 2/3/9 （ TLR2/3/9 ） and adult viral community-acquired pneumonia （ CAP ） .Methods The concentration of TLR2/3/9 mRNA in the monocytes of peripheral blood in the adult viral CAP group , the bacte-rial CAP group and the healthy adult group , were measured by RT-PCR, and concentration of IL-6 and INF-γin the serum was measured by ELISA .The data were analyzed with linear cor-relation.Results TLR2/3/9, IL-6 and INF-γwere significantly increased in adult viral CAP group than those in contols （ P〈0.001 ） .There was positive correlation between the expression of TLR2/3/9 and the concentration of both IL-6 and INF-γ（ P〈0.01 ） .Conclusion TLR-2/3/9 is involved in regulation of immune response caused by virus immune response .
