摘要 食管黏膜屏障包括上皮屏障、顶端连接复合体、化学屏障及上皮后屏障。食管黏膜屏障功能的研究对进一步明确胃食管反流病病理生理学机制具有重要意义。目前临床上对于食管黏膜屏障功能的检测尚未有效开展。本文对其功能及其检测方法的研究进展作一概述。 Esophageal mucosal barrier includes esophageal epithelium, apical junctional complex, chemical barri- er and post-epithelial barrier. Study of esophageal mucosal barrier function has important significance to further define pathophysiology mechanism of gastroesophageal reflux disease. At present the clinical detection for esophageal mucosal barrier function has not been carried out effectively. The research progress of its function and its detecting methods will be summarized in this paper.
