Clinical application of double-balloon enteroscopy in the small bowel common diseases

双气囊小肠镜(double-balloon enteroscopy,DBE)的临床应用,能够到达传统内镜检查的"盲区"。相对于传统的检查手段,DBE在小肠常见疾病中有很高的诊断率,同时可行镜下取活体组织送检病理及治疗,高效安全。本文就DBE在小肠常见疾病中的临床应用价值研究方面的进展作一概述。

Clinical application of double-balloon enteroscopy （DBE） can reach the ＂blind spots＂ of traditional en- doscopy. Compared with traditional inspection method, DBE has a high diagnostic yield in small bowel common disea- ses. With the ability to take living tissue for pathological diagnosis and provide endoscopical therapy, DBE has become a safe and efficient tool in the diagnosis and treatment of small bowel disease. This article reviews the value of clinical application of DBE in small bowel common disease.
