摘要
目的研究Ig E和Ig A在儿童食物过敏性胃肠病(food allergy-related gastrointestinal disorders,FAG)中表达的变化,以明确其在儿童FAG发生发展中的意义。方法选择FAG患儿及同龄健康幼儿各35名,分别纳入观察组和对照组;以酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清中Ig E和Ig A,以放射免疫分析技术(RIA)检测粪便中s Ig A。结果观察组血清中Ig E的表达(247.23±119.48)IU/ml显著高于对照组(58.31±23.65)IU/ml(P<0.05);观察组血清Ig A和粪便s Ig A分别为(1.68±0.92)g/L和(186.52±60.13)μg/ml,而对照组血清Ig A和粪便s Ig A分别为(3.17±1.51)g/L和(313.41±96.57)μg/ml,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Ig E、Ig A和s Ig A的变化与儿童FAG密切相关,对儿童FAG的临床诊治有一定的指导意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of IgE and IgA in children food allergy-related gastrointestinal disorders (FAG). Methods Thirty-five children with FAG and 35 healthy children were classified as observation group and control group, respectively. Enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect serum IgE and IgA; radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to detect sIgA in feces. Results In the observation group, serum IgE was (247.23± 119.48) IU/ml in children with FAG, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (58.31± 23.65 ) IU/ml (P 〈0.05). In the observation group, serum IgA and sIgA in feces were (1.68 ± 0.92) g/L and (186.52 ± 60.13)μg/ml, while in the control group, serum IgA and slgA in feces were (3. 17 ± 1.51) g/L and (313.41 ± 96.57) μg/ml. Both IgA and sIgA in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Variations of IgE, IgA and sIgA were closely related to children FAG, and they could be the cue to help clinical diagnosis of children FAG.
