摘要
威远气田二次开发实施"水平井低部位强排水采气、高部位直井带水采气"及气举工艺为主要措施。水平井的产能潜力优势比较明显,二次开发主要采用水平井进行气藏强排水,单井排水量高达400~500 m/d,H2S含量达24 g/m3,地层温度114℃,井口温度达95℃,排水采气难度高。针对排水采气难点,开展水平井气举工艺研究,成功实现威远气田的有效开发。
The main technical measures of secondary recovery in Weiyuan gas field are: adopting strong drainage gas recovery technology at the bottom of horizontal wells,and gas recovery with water in higher position of vertical wells and the gas lift technology. The productivity advantage of horizontal well is evident,and the secondary recovery in Weiyuan gas field mainly uses horizontal well to obtain higher producibility. In Weiyuan gas field,if using conventional drainage gas recovery technology,the recovery effect is very poor because the single well displacement is as high as 400 ~ 500m3/ d,and the content of H2 S may reach 24 g / cm3,besides,the temperature of the formation is114℃,and the wellhead temperature is high up 95℃. According to the difficulties of drainage gas recovery technology in Weiyuan gas field,the gas lift technology used in strong drainage gas recovery in the secondary development of horizontal well was studied and successfully used in Weiyuan gas field.
