The development and application of service-oriented Mobile GIS gradually becomes a research focus and development trend in the field of mobile GIS. The paper firstly introduces the related knowledge of the Android terminal and UCMap development platform. Secondly, IT studies the development environment establishing of the Android platform based on the application of mobile GIS in detail, so as the secondary development module on the Android application based on UCMap platform. Finally, a model on development and application of the UCMap platform is put forward based on the application of mobile GIS, making the technical verification on the Android platform, which has a higher reference value.
