身痛逐瘀胶囊对冰醋酸致痛小鼠脑组织c-fos、GFAP和β-EP蛋白表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察身痛逐瘀胶囊对冰醋酸致痛小鼠脑组织c-fos蛋白、GFAP蛋白和β-EP蛋白表达的影响。方法:以免疫组织化学方法观察冰醋酸致痛小鼠脑组织c-fos蛋白、GFAP蛋白和β-EP蛋白表达。结果:身痛逐瘀胶囊1.64g/kg、0.82g/kg、0.41g/kg可以下调实验小鼠脑组织中c-fos蛋白的表达;身痛逐瘀胶囊1.64g/kg、0.82g/kg可以下调实验小鼠脑组织中GFAP蛋白的表达,上调β-EP蛋白的表达。结论:身痛逐瘀胶囊的镇痛机制与c-fos蛋白、GFAP蛋白的表达下调、β-EP蛋白的表达上调有关。 Objective: To investigate the effects of Shentongzhuyu capsules on c-fos,glial fibrillary acidic protein( GFAP),and β-endorphin( β-EP) in brain of pain model of mice which induced by acetic acid. Methods: Acetic acid writhing method was used to study analgesic effect of Shentongzhuyu capsules. The expressions of c-fos,GFAP and β-EP protein were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: In comparison with the model controls,c-fos in brain tissue of pain model of mice was significantly down-regulated by Shentongzhuyu capsule( 1. 64 g / kg,0.82 g / kg,0. 41 g / kg),at the same time,GFAP in brain tissue of pain model of mice was significantly down-regulated and β-EP in brain tissue of pain model of mice was significantly up-regulated. by Shentongzhuyu capsule( 1. 64 g / kg,0. 82 g / kg). Conclusion: The mechanisms of antinociceptive effect shown by Shengtongzhuyu capsule may be related to regulating the expression of c-fos protein,GFAP protein,β-EP protein.
