摘要
文中对于焊接结构应力变形有限元分析领域的热点问题进行了探讨,主要讨论了焊接模拟的准确性、高效性、连续加工性等相关问题及其解决途径,并针对数值模拟技术在焊接结构等承载、可靠性以及断裂力学等方面的应用及发展趋势进行了分析与评述。最后还对焊接结构有限元分析的计算标准化、装配虚拟化以及优化智能化进行了探讨。
The problems in finite element analysis of welded structure and mechanics were reviewed in this paper.More attentions have paid to accuracy,efficiency,and continuity of simulating processes.Research status and scientific trends of the applications of finite element method to equal load-carrying capacity of welded joint,reliability of welded structures and fracture mechanics of joints were discussed as well.Moreover,such perspectives in this field as standardization of simulation virtuality of assembly and intelligentization of optimization were also discussed.
