摘要
基于摩擦焊技术特点,对摩擦螺柱焊工艺进行研究,分析了轴向压力这一关键工艺参数对摩擦螺柱焊成形过程的影响。分别在焊接不同阶段采用不同的轴向压力进行焊接试验并对接头进行拉伸试验。通过对试验结果进行对比,分析轴向压力对摩擦螺柱焊成形过程的影响。结果表明,在摩擦螺柱焊成形过程中,采用逐级增加的轴向压力可有效提高焊接质量。
Based on the characteristics of friction welding technology,the friction stud welding proeess was studied,and the influence of axial pressure on the friction stud welding process was analyzed.Welding experiments were carried out with different axial pressure in different welding stages respectively and the tensile tests were done for welded joints.The results show that the welding quality can be improved by increasing the axial pressure stage by stage in the friction stud welding process
