氮气保护气氛下铝合金油冷器钎焊接头微观组织和性能分析

Analysis of mierostructure and properties of brazed joints in nitrogen atmosphere for aluminum oil cooler

摘要 采用光学金相显微镜(OM)研究了真空钎焊铝合金油冷器的微观组织,通过水压检漏测试、氦气检漏测试检测了钎焊接头的性能。结果表明,在设定网带速率为0.78m/min,钎焊温度为605℃的条件下,钎焊工件合格率为90%。合格工件焊缝质量较好,钎缝金相组织为初生α(Al)和α(Al)+si共晶组织,焊缝性能良好。不合格工件存在翅片弯曲变形,钎料熔化不充分、孔洞、熔蚀等缺陷,分析了各类缺陷的形成原因。 The microstructure of aluminum alloy oil cooler brazed joint under nitrogen atmosphere was studied with optical microscope(OM),and the properties of brazed joints was tested through hydraulic leak and helium leak.The results showed that under the conditions of belt set rate of 780 mm/min and the brazing temperature of 605 ℃,a pass rate of the brazed pieces can reach up to 90%.The brazed seam quality of qualified work—piece is better,microstructures of the brazed seam are primary Of(Al) ands(Al) +Si eutectic,and the weld performance is good.There unqualified work—piece contain defects such fin bending,insufficient solder fusion,holes,ablation and so on.Finally,the causes of defects were analyzed.
