用Orbscan和Pentacam计算Visian ICL直径结果比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨应用Orbscan和Pentacam测量结果计算有晶状体眼人工晶状体(Visian ICL)直径对术后结果的影响.方法 临床病例系列研究.对2012年1月至2013年2月在上海新视界眼科医院行Visian ICL植入术患者,应用Orbscan和Pentacam测量结果计算ICL直径.研究对象包括:应用Orbscan测量的85例167只眼,平均年龄28.5岁,等效球镜为(-14.04±4.48)D;应用Pentacam测量的84例160只眼,平均年龄29.3岁,等效球镜为(-15.08±5.07)D.所有患者术后均用Pentacam测量拱高.结果 应用Pentacam测量结果选择的Visian ICL的平均直径大于应用Orbscan选择者,Orbscan组的ICL直径为(11.82±3.1) mm,Pentacam组的ICL直径为(11.98±3.1) mm,差异有统计学意义(t=4.897,P =0.000,P<0.01).Pentacam组的术后拱高高于Orbscan组,分别为(488±207) μm和(437±155) μm,差异有统计学意义(t=2.098,P=0.037,P<0.05).结论 行有晶状体眼人工晶状体植入术选择Visian ICL直径时,应用Pentacam测量结果选择的晶状体直径大于Orbscan测量选择ICL直径者,术后ICL拱高也较高. Objective To study the difference of Visian ICL length calculated mainly based on Orbscan and Pentacam for Chinese patients with high myopia.Methods A shift from Orbscan to Pentacam for the calculation of Visian ICL length.One hundred and sixty-seven eyes of 85 patients were measured with Orbscan,with a mean age of 28.5 years and mean spherical equivalent was-14.04 ± 4.48D.One hundred and sixty eyes of 84 patients were measured with Pentacam,with a mean age of 29.3 years and mean spherical equivalent was-15.08 ± 5.07D.Results The mean size of Visian ICL calculated with Pentacam were longer than that with Orbscan (t =4.897,P =0.000,P <0.001).In the Orbscan group,ICL mean length was 11.82 ± 3.1 mm.In the Pentacam group,ICL mean length was 11.98 ± 3.1 mm.The vaults were higher in the Pentacam group than Orbscan group (488± 207μm,437± 155am,t =2.098,P =0.000,P <0.001).Conclusions For determining the length of ICL Visian,Pentacam tends to choose longer ICL than Orbscan.ICL calculated with both Orbscan and Pentacam have good clinical outcome.
