功能动作测试(FMS)在优秀运动员损伤风险评估中的应用研究 被引量:53

摘要 目的:建立北京市优秀运动员的功能动作测试(FMS)数据库,观察功能动作测试结果与运动损伤风险之间的关系。方法:对217名不同项目的优秀运动员进行FMS测试,并记录运动损伤情况。在SPSS18.0中运用FMS总分的受试者工作曲线评估运动损伤风险,并通过二元logistic回归分析FMS的7项测试结果与运动损伤风险的关系。结果:FMS测试总分小于等于17分能够较好地预测运动损伤风险,它的敏感性为0.81,特异性为0.66,比值比为7.96,阳性似然比为2.34,验后概率为0.52;深蹲、前后分腿蹲、肩部灵活性和躯干稳定性俯卧撑4个动作模式得分越低,则损伤的可能性越大。结论:FMS总分与各项测试评分可结合起来评估运动损伤风险,FMS总分低的运动员较总分高的运动员在运动中有更大的受伤可能性,同时需重点关注深蹲、前后分腿蹲、肩部灵活性和躯干稳定性俯卧撑动作模式的测试得分。 Objective The purpose of this study was to establish functional movement screen(FMS)data base of elite athletes in Beijing and to examine the relationship between scores of FMS and the risk of injury. Methods 217 elite athletes from different events were tested by FMS,and their history of sports injury was recorded. The relationship between FMS score(composition from scores of seven different movements)and risk of sports injury was analyzed through binary logistic regression. Results The FMS score equal or less than 17 was positively correlated to sports injury with specificity of 0.81,sensitivity of 0.66,odds ratio of 7.96,positive likelihood ratio of 2.34,and post-test probability of 0.52.The lower the deep squat score,in-line lunge score and shoulder mobility score or trunk stability pushup score,the higher the risk of injury was. Conclusion The elite athletes with lower FMC composite score(≤17)were vulnerable to sports injury,and especially attention should be paid to those who had lower scores of deep squat,in-line lunge,shoulder mobility and trunk stability push-up.
