静脉留置针针头表面附着物的扫描电镜观察 被引量:1

摘要 探讨静脉穿刺留置针易引发静脉炎的因素,收集临床患者留置针针头,常规方法制作扫描电镜样品,扫描电镜下观察针头表面附着物情况,发现冠心病患者的针头附着物高于心脏器质性病变患者针头附着物,提示患者疾病与静脉炎有一定的关系。 To study the risk of thrombophlebitis in using vein-detained needles, we prepared samples of used vein-detained needles in clinic for scanning electron microscope by conventional approach to look for the surface attachments on the needles. We found that the surface attachments on the detained needles used in the patients with coronary artery heart disease was more than those in the patients with organic cardiopathy, indicating that there was causation between cardiac disease type and risk of thrombophlebitis.
