断指再植手术术中护理配合探讨

The discussion of nursing cooperation during the replantation of amputated finger

目的：探讨断指再植术的术中护理配合。方法：对27例患者行断指再植手术时，做好充分的各项术前准备工作，术中医护密切配合，严密观察病情变化，保障了手术顺利完成。结果：27例患者45根行断指再植手术，成活32根，成活率约为93.3%。出院后0.5～2年进行随访，外形美观，功能尚可，患者满意。结论：做好术前准备、术中护理保证了手术的顺利进行，同时娴熟规范的的护理操作是手术成功的关键。

Objective To evaluate the intraoperative care of the wounded finger to cooperate. Methods 27 cases of patients with replantation surgery,to make sufficient preoperative preparation, intraoperative care closely, observation patient＆#39;s condition carefully,to ensure the operation is completed.Results 27 patients 45 root replantation surgery, survival 32,the survival rate is about 93.3%.0.5- 2 years follow- up after discharge,beautiful shape,function and patients satisfaction. Conclusion Intraoperative care to ensure the operation smoothly, and adept normative nursing operation technology is the key to successful operation.
