摘要
目的:探讨低场MRI对膝关节痛风性关节炎的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析21例(28膝)经病理或临床随访证实的膝关节痛风的低场MRI资料,并进行总结。结果:21例(28膝)均有不同程度的关节腔积液和滑膜增生。痛风结节累及韧带24膝,累及肌腱24膝;发生骨质侵蚀21膝;单纯骨髓水肿7膝;小囊变影3膝;弧形压迹18膝;发生在髌下脂肪垫内8膝。结论:膝关节痛风性关节炎的低场MRI表现多样。痛风结节形成后,其特征性的低场MRI表现可为该病的及时诊治提供可靠、有价值的影像学依据。
Objective: To discuss the diagnostic value of low field MRI in gout of the knee. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 21 cases (28 knees) confirmed by pathology or clinical follow-up of gout of the knee joint and low-field MRI data was summarized. Results: All cases showed different degrees of synovial thickening and articular dropsy. There were 24 knees with tophus, which located at the ligament,and 24 knees at the tendon. Bone erosion occurred in 21 knees and the signal and shape varied manifestations,oedema of bone marrow (7 knees) ,cystic change (3 knees), curved osseous defect (18 knees), 8 knees ocurred in the suhpateilar fat pad. Conclusions: Gouty arthritis of knee joint with low field MRI have a wide variety of manifestations. With the gouty tophus formation, its characteristic of low field MRI findings may provide the reliable, timely diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
