摘要
以低纯度TPAOH为模板,在水热合成体系中控制合成大晶粒ZSM-5分子筛。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对合成的样品进行了表征。详细研究了乙醇对其合成的影响。结果表明,乙醇的用量影响ZSM-5的结晶度和形貌,反应体系中加入适量的乙醇可以制备结晶度较好的大晶粒ZSM-5分子筛。
The hydrothermal synthesis of large grain of ZSM-5 was conducted by using low purity TPAOH as template. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results indicate that the crystallinity and appearance of ZSM-5 can be adjusted by the dosage of ethanol. Highly pure and crystallized ZSM-5 zeolite can be prepared by adding an appropriate amount of ethanol.
