摘要 采用连续玻璃纤维与环氧树脂进行复合,试样采用真空袋-热压罐法制备实验用单向纤维增强板。通过纵向拉伸、压缩实验、扭转实验和弯曲实验,研究复合材料的弹性模量,得到了玻璃纤维复合材料的弹性常数,验证了单向复合材料的基本性质,同时得到复合材料在失效时的破坏形式,其符合经典的层合板理论。为分析叶片失效及进行有限元数值模拟提供了基础。 The epoxy resin composites were reinforced by consecutive glass fiber. Unidirectional fiber rein- forced plastic plates were prepared by vacuum-bag molding. Longitudinal tensile experiment, compression experiment, the torsion and bending experiments were conducted to analyse the tensile behavior and the elastic modulus of the com- posite material. The longitudinal modulus was determined by tensile tests. Experimental results also verify the basic properties and get the main failure mode of unidirectional composite material. The results agree with classical laminated plate theoretical results. This study can provide the basis for the blade failure analysis and finite element numerical simulation.
