Discussion on Rupture Process of Engineered Stress Profile Glass

摘要 从断裂力学的角度出发,对比一步离子交换钢化玻璃,讨论了工程应力玻璃的断裂过程,分析了工程应力玻璃残余应力分布形式对其断裂强度分散性的影响,并讨论了其强度分散性的工艺影响因素。 From the fundamental mechanics of rupture, comparing with one-step-ion-exchanged toughed glass, rupture process of engineered stress profile glass was discussed, and the influence of distribution of the residual stress in the engineered stress profile glass on the rupture strength variability was discussed. At last, the manufacture factors influencing rupture strength variability were analyzed.
