基于苯并三噻吩的聚合物半导体材料的合成及性能研究

摘要 通过Stille交叉偶联反应合成了一种新型苯并[1,2-b:3,4-b′:-5,6-d′]三噻吩(BTT)与联二噻吩(TT)的共轭聚合物(PBTT-TT),研究了聚合物PBTT-TT的热性能、光学性能和电化学性能。PBTT-TT具有良好的热稳定性,热分解温度达到403℃;薄膜的最大吸收峰位于536nm,光学带隙为1.91eV;电化学研究表明聚合物具有较低的最高已占分子轨道能级(HOMO,-5.2eV)。在以聚合物PBTT-TT作为半导体制备的有机薄膜晶体管中,PBTT-TT的空穴迁移率可达3.36×10-5 cm2/(V·s)。 A new conjugated polymer (PBTT-TT) based on benzo[1,2- b: 3, 4-b' : 5,6-d'] trithiophene (BTT) and 2-2'-bithiophene (TT) units were synthesized by a Stille cross-coupling reaction. The thermal, optical and electro chemical properties were investigated. PBTT-TT showed good thermal stability with a thermal decomposition temperature at 403℃ displayed one maximum absorption at 536 nm with the optical band gap of 1.91 eV, had a deep HO- MO energy level of -5.2 eV. The OTFT's devices based on PBTT-TT exhibited hole mobilities as high as 3. 36 × 10^-5 cm^2/(V·s).
