摘要 利用超临界流体逆向蒸发过程制备了阿昔洛韦脂质体,并详细考察了工艺条件对脂质体粒径和包覆率的影响。研究结果表明:该过程可成功制备出平均粒径330nm、包覆率27.69%的阿昔洛韦药物脂质体。实验压力、温度、平衡时间对粒径和包覆率都有较大影响:温度、压力由低到高的变化过程中,阿昔洛韦脂质体粒径和包覆率的变化趋势都是先显著增加至某一临界值而后逐渐减小;粒径受平衡时间的影响较小,获得最大包覆率所需的平衡时间一般为30~45min,之后开始降低。 The technique of supereritieal reverse phase evaporation method was used to synthesize acyclovir li- posomes and the effects of the process parameters on the particle size and the coating ratio of liposomes were investiga- ted in detail. The result of the research showed that the liposomes with a average diameter of 330 nm were successfully prepared by this technique and the coating ratio for metronidazole liposomes was as high as 27.69%. It was confirmed that the temperature, pressure and equilibrium time, had great effects on the particle size and the coating ratio. With the pressure and the temperature changing from low to high, the particle size and the coating ratio were significantly increased to a certain critical value and then gradually decreased. The particle size was slightly influenced by the equilibration time. With the equilibration time being generally between 30 min and 45 min, the coating ratio reached a maximum, and then it began to decrease.
