摘要
用于提高聚氯乙烯(PVC)耐热性能的共混改性组分包括:以N-取代马来酰亚胺类、α-甲基苯乙烯类和马来酸酐类聚合物材料为代表的高分子耐热改性剂;氯化PVC、PVC纳米晶等具有较高耐热温度的改性PVC;另外还有纳米碳酸钙、凹凸棒土、玻璃纤维等无机填料。在PVC复合材料中共混不同类型的耐热改性剂所获得的耐热改性效果有很大差异,从耐热改性剂选择的角度对共混改性制备高耐热PVC复合材料的研究进展进行了综述,以期为高耐热PVC材料的开发提供参考。
The blending components used for improving the heat resistance of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin include., heat resistant polymer modifier,such as N-substituted maleimide, a-methyl styrene and maleic anhydridelthe modified PVC with higher heat resistance temperature, e. g. CPVC and nano-crystalline PVC; the inorganic fillers, such as nano-calcium carbonate, attapulgite, glass fiber. There are great differences of the heat-modified effect for PVC composites blending with different types of modifier. The progress of high heat-resistant PVC composite blended with different heat modifiers are summarized, to provide a reference for the development of high heat resistant PVC composite.
